24px 2f4f4fHome Depot wants to make a large donation to the park in terms of fencing and posts.
I've looked on their site and all I see for an option is Farmgard's 48x100 ft. doubled up vertically to make 8 ft for the park's internal fence. The 2x4 inch openings would leave room for the public to feed the deer through but I'm not sure this will be tough enough. It's a welded wire 12 gauge. Our deer are rarely stressed enough to be bouncing off the fencing...even when we dart. I'm sick of the chain link...it's too hard to maintain. This would look cleaner...give the kids more room for their hands to fit in and feed. Home Depot doesn't have great options for fencing so I'm trying to work within their parameters.....especially if it's all free! But I also can't use something that just won't work for the deer, either
WHat do ya think?
