Wayne, they will be there. We ran them over to the taxidermy to get them mounted by Wednesday. She had a stroke on us but said she would do her best. Either way they will be there. Right now I've got Mark running around in the back yard looking for all the broken points. I think the exercise will do him some good.

Paul &Mark, congratulations on Sun Canyon! Saw his horns at the Top 30 and he's the real deal and if the crowd of people around your booth looking at him is any indication............I was not the only one who liked him!
............I was not the only one who liked him!Thanks Wayne. We had a lot of interest in both Sun Canyon and Silver Ranger. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to talk. We were real happy with the way the mounts turned out, and the taxidermist had them done in 4 days!!!! She really did a great job. I think we spent about 4 hours down at her place on Saturday trying to get the antlers set just right. We had several people who knew the buck tell us it was spot on. We wanted to make sure the rack looked exactly like it did when he was carrying it, and from the comments we got from Nathan, Dwight, and the rest we feel we got it right. Thanks again.
Sun Canyon was scored with 2 official SCI scorers present, 338 5/8" @2 B&C. He has a 217" 6X7 main frame and has a 20 4/8" inside spread. Like Paul said he broke off 24" since we picked him up. We had him scored B&C when we collected and picked him up, wanted to wait till NADEFA to get the official SCI score so there was no question or discrepancies. Can't wait to get him down to Dallas to get him officially scored.

Just to let everybody know we are still offering the same Top 30 deal on Sun Canyon and Silver Ranger semen. The deal is if you buy 2 straws at $1,500 a piece you get a third straw free. We are going to offer this until a limited number of straws are sold on each buck in the north. After that the price will go up. Texas semen rights are available. We are also offering a guarantee. I'll have to download the pics off my camera and post them. He scored 252 6/8" B&C. He had 29" beams, 6X6 frame with a 22+" inside spread. I'll try to get the pics up soon. Busy trying to co-ordinate schedules to pick up a bunch of deer. You can go to our web site to see pics of him before he shed.
Sounds good i'd like to see how the mount turned out. They're both awesome looking bucks for sure..
