Yup, got that one too. Probably a sales pitch, but I didn't click on the link so who knows what its for.
 
Just a spammer. Looks like they've been on herkybirds.com and x-tremehonkers.com
 
Me too! Be careful with viruses! I got an email on facebook from a guy I know well, it was a link to a photo, I clicked it and it was a virus, I immediately turn my web off and ran a scan and removed it. Be very careful opening anything that has a link in it and you dont know for sure what it is!
 
Serendipithy was immediately booted off the island (de-registered) once I was notified of the use of private messaging for spams.



I have also changed a system setting so that you will only be able to receive a PM from another registered forum member.



So hopefully, these spams will cease shortly.



I am very careful in who I approved for registration. I usually do a reverse IP check and if they are outside of Canada or USA, I don't approve them. However, a few still get through.



Don't respond to them; just report it to me and I will deal with them.



I will delete this thread in a few days since it does not really add anything to the discussions.

Russell, what have you came up with on this JABWHITE who reads our friendship list?.... 'just about the time Serendipity emerged. Or, does anybody know who JABWHITE is? I figure everything I post will be read by everyone, everywhere, anyway.
