Going in halves on a deer?

I am in the process of putting up fence to get my deer farm started. I was approached by a family member who found out about it and was very curious. I will go ahead and tell you I trust this person and would not hesitate to do business with him. So here is my question, he told me he would like to buy a couple of does with good genetics and in return get some kind of share in the profits. I'm not really sure how to go about doing this and wanted to see if anyone on here has ever done anything like this and can give me some ideas. He is looking at it as a chance to help me get going and as a possible investment for him. So any ideas on how to structure something like this?

Ben, If you could start by buying a mother with a big son or a history of big offspring you would be miles ahead of the return. Take a proven buck with sexed male semen to breed her with for the first two years. Then try to get a daughter to eventually replace her with. Sell the sons at two years of age. You should be ok after her first crop sells, then you will have her second set of sons as a bonus. Be careful about your choices and you will make your investment back should you keep all animals healthy. There is always measured risk to every gain! -Jason

we do partnerships with alot of deer. This is a great program for both parties, make sure you dot your i's and cross your tees. Always have it one paper . It does work .

(P.S. USE GOOD BLOODLINES OR NOBODY WINS)
