I moved her 2 months ago and she's been thin every since. I have wormed and tried everything I know. Her new pen has lots of lush grass but there are 6 more does with her that are fine. Now she has minor scrapes with dry scabs on her shoulders. Could it be stress? Any help is much appreciated!

It could be stress related. Move her to another pen away from the others before they fawn out or you will potentially have more problems. It sounds like the doe are picking on her. They are especially nasty this time of year about securing an area to have their fawns. It goes beyond the normal fighting to establish pecking order.
