Does anyone know what it means when a fawn is grinding her teeth?

She is eating well and has no signs of illness, but she grinds her teeth.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I believe that grinding teeth is a sign of any of the following, Pain, Stress, Upset gut or feeling bad! Just my two cents. Good luck with your deer!

Thanks! This post was actually for someone we sold a couple of our fawns to. We've only seen this in one fawn, two years ago, she did it for a week or so then never did it again. They bought a few fawns, and some they bought elsewhere are now grinding. I'll pass this info on. Thanks for your help!
