Have a Doe walking with its tail high and bent forward ? Labor? or needs to air out?

I had a young doe(first time fawning) do that for the biggest part of the day. She delivered a10# buck fawn and had a prolapsed uterous. She was bottle fed and we were able too push it back in and give her a shot of draxxin. She delivered 2 big buck fawns this year with no problems. She paced the fence this year with her tail straight out like most of them do. Maybe she just didn"t know what to do last time. Rick
