Help!! Mole like growth

This is our first year to raise deer, my doe's & my buck have these growths on them. They look like huge tick or a mole. They are different sizes from dime size to golf ball size. Does anyone know what it might be &to what I need to do for it.

A picture would be best, but I'll assume it's a wart. They are harmless and will fall off on their own. I've seen some the size of softballs!

The only time I've removed them is when I tranq the deer for some other different reason and while their out, I take it off just so it "looks" better.

Thanks for the reply. We are in oklahoma so when it stops raining i will go take a picture and post it

is it on the mouth (or that general area)? if so i have had this several times before. nothing to worry about. it has always gone away after a while and has never caused any problems.

Had a buck with a large wart on his hip and I used dental floss. He was dog tame and I was able tie floss around the base to stop the blood supply and in 3 weeks it fell off.

Sounds like a papiloma from a virus. They are self limiting and usually only removed for cosmetic reasons or if in a location that it could cause damage(eye lids, in ears, etc}
