Info needed on getting into the fawn nursery business.

I am located in Texas and I am interested in starting a fawn nursery. I have experience bottle raising a variety of domestic livestock including goat kids. I have my own dairy goats to provide the milk. At this point, I really just need to know about licensing. I know that I will have many question in the future but I can't even think of getting started without knowing the laws and having a license. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
