Ivermectin 5mg Pour On for cattle OK to use?

Can i use Ivermectin 5mg Pour On for cattle, on my deer?
Pour-On , does this mean i can just pour it on the deers back?
What part of the deer do i "pour" it on?
I read to double the dosage for deer?
Directions for cattle show 10ml for 220 lbs?

Has anyone used this product?

I used it once and it like fried the hair like it had burned it. I poured it on their back and the hair never grew back the same. I use Valbazen now, I put it in a spray bottle and squirt it on their pellets.
