Lethargic fawn

Ok I've lost the first one but the second is still alive. This fawn is the second one to do this. Lethargic and no appetite. Absolutely will not suck. But here's the strange part. Both of them their teeth are loose. What the heck? They're not related, they were never around each other, one was a doe this one is a buck. The doe was a twin the buck was a quintuplet. All thier siblings are great.
 
Sometimes some Vitamin B will stimulate their appetite.  I give mine .5 cc of BOSE and 2 CC of B complex.  Some people give their fawns many other things but this has always worked well for me.  Hard to say what is going on with yours.  Hopefully, someone that has seen this can give you some suggestions.  Good luck. 
 
had a similar issue last year, nothing worked till i gave them .25 of draxxin.. Best of luck
