Looking to start in Iowa

Hi all new to the site. My wife and I are looking at starting a small farm, near Indianola Iowa. We have 20 acres and access to more if needed at a later time. We are looking at starting out with 3 does and 1 buck.

I have done a lot of reading on your site and done some other research. I am looking for advise for others in Iowa or Northern MO. But will accept all advise can never have to much.

My wife and I lived in Indianola for awhile...nice town that we both miss from time to time, and great hunting in Warren County! I'm 90 miles south of Lineville, have some animals for sale as well.

short while back could have got 11 breed does in trade for a future buck fawn . next summer would have had 33 deer. Two years later would have 99 deer. ma-by, about, 45 if half are bucks.
