Wayne, Is that Maxboy Jr from 2010 and who had him? Also what is his bottom side? I just have never seen any bucks out of Maxboy. Looks good! Thanks Eldon

Eldon,Maxboy Jr. is 2 in that photo that I posted. He died in the 1st week of July @ 3 he was well over 300" @3 when he died of antler infection! His bottom side is Blazer/Charlie/Cardinal his sire Maxboy was purchased directly from Curt Waldvogel by an Amish deerfarmer Levi Kurtz he bought him and several Charlie/Cardinal daughters from Levi Weaver for the sole purpose of raising stockers and nothing more and that is why you never heard much about him or his offspring until Levi got a HEAVY dose of EHD and after hauling dozens of dead deer out of his pens daily he decided he was done! He sold off Maxboy and his remaining offspring. I was fortunate enough to by 2 Maxboy/W-2/O-12 daughters! W-2 is Peacocks full sister a power doe in her own right and her momma O-12 is well what put Levi Weaver on the map! We have offspring out of these 2 girls from Hardcore,Maxbo Ranger and Maxin PC. that should show how much faith that I have in these girls my Maxbo Rangers all trashed thier racks this year as yearlings.My Hardcore are button bucks and my first yearlings are out of Maxin PC and one of them is a real sharp 163" yearling. Maxboy has produced numerous 200" to 300" sons and is known for heavy beams and tines and killer bladed brows. Maxboy has a brother Scout and thier momma is SUPER DOE wombmate. I used MC Ranger on one this year a Maxbo Ranger/O-12 son. we can't wait to see what comes from this line in years to come!
