Mdc, Is showing the Public how they are on top of CWD and controlling it's spread in Missouri!

Wow, they are testing 3666 deer out of 1.4 million. That's .26% . Pretty easy to say you have it under control when you aren't looking for it !

I am very confused right now. I have been told that all of a sudden the MDA does not want us under them. They testified this yesterday. First thing why did they suddenly change their minds? Secondly how can the do it for some states but not others?
