Hey josh let your dad know that if he needs help this fall handling deer or anything that he needs help with for breeding season to just give me a call or shoot me a PM. I am only like 40 min from your place and your dad has been nothing but nice and helpful to me and I would be more than glad to repay the favor. Make should he aint too stuborn and turn me down I know how long stuff like that takes to heal properly.
 
Josh, I just got back from a mission trip and read your post, I am so sorry for his terrible accident but please remember to not give up but stay steadfast and strong. I will pray for Dennis and for you. God Bless

It actually made me sick to my stomach to hear the news about Dennis. As I sit here in tears, writing to you, I can't help but to feel sad and joyful at the same time. Sad because of the accident, but joyful that he is alive and improving. I have talked with Dennis many times on the phone and visited the farm once last summer. I consider Dennis a good friend and a good man. I know Dennis is a Christian man, and his faith will give him strength to get through this ordeal. I wish you the best and all the prayers that I can send.



Please keep the deerfarming community informed on his improvement.

Thank you all for your prayers and caring!!!! It feels so nice to know that everybody cares about my dad that much! He looks great today!! He hasn't bottom a room yet because hisnlungs have to be up to date!! But he looks really great for what he went through!

Thanks for the update give me a call we would like to have dinner delivered to you and your family just pick the night. Josh I took my father on a farm tour and guess what we got stuck just where we were last year. It took a bobcat with tracks 5 times to pull us out. Guess I just don't learn. We will pray for full recovery. You have a wonderful father. Please give him a kiss on the head from our family.

Your dad seems like one of a kind from what i see on here. I have tons of respect for him for helping everyone out. He is a huge help and i can not thank him enough, we all appreciate it.



I want you to tell your dad that Drew Bailey, Bailey's Whitetails will be keeping him in our thoughts. Tell him that we are open to help out on the farm if need be. Im sure we are not that from you so we will be available to help. Just give us a call whenever if you all needs us. It is the least we can do.

Hey josh is there any update on how he is doing? Is he still in hospital or is he home? I am sure everyone on here would like to keep updated on his recovery. Take care.
 
I will do my best here at responding. But if it is a little hard to read that would be because things are not all working quite like their supposed too yet. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for your prayers and for comforting my son with your words as well. You all are truely the best.......this has and still is one of thevmost trying parts of my life.........it will for certain and already has changed the way this old fart will live out the rest of his life.....it is amazing that our great God can turn things like this forGOOD! He has already been at work and I can,t wait to see what his plans are for me and my son.......well just this little letter has all but zapped me energy for now......thanks again for all the prayers.....they mean so much........please pray that he will continue his plans for both me and my son.....God Bless You All.......you are all winners in my book,
 
Keep the faith dennis. You do your part to get through this bump in your road and im sure everything else will be worked out for you!!!!
 
Wow! Did you all hear Dennis's heart/faith. He didn't express ''Why God would you allow this to happen to me'' and he didn't ask for prayers of a speedy recovery, relief from pain, a complete and total healing, although there would be nothing wrong with such prayers, cause we all know that ''all things are possible with God''. But what Dennis asked for in his prayer request of ''...please pray that He will continue His plans for both me and my son'' was for God's Will be done, not his, no matter what that is. That is a powerful expression of faith Dennis and I for one am encouraged by it. I will be praying for His joy, that is our strength, and His peace that surpasses all understanding, that both will reign and rule in you and your family's heart as you navigate this season of your lives...in Jesus name!

Thanks Again everyone for your prayers...you truly don't know how much it means to me. This was a larger bump in the road for me but boy am I ever looking ahead to the rest of the ride god has planned for my life..........I hope it is full of winning lives and spreading is awesome fully paid for grace he has extended to each of us through his one and only son.......just how much does that show his great love for us. I am a priviledged man that is for sure..........I hope and pray I can spread my blessings just how the holy sprit leads me to do. I love you all and will post again soon thanks so much everyone.
