I have A buck fawn on the momma that I notice his Navel is swollen and looks like it must be infected.

Catch him in a large dip net. Smell it. If it don't stink, it is likely a hernia that will heal on its own. If it is infected I would give the meds Jerrilee recommended. Bacteria causes the infections. I have had a few issues with infected navels. Since vaccinating and boosting my doe herd with the Pnue-vac2 vaccine my doe and fawns all seem more vibrant.
