I know this is a long shot being 4am.. but....We have a doe that had two fawns around 2am. she has a sac (not sure if correct term) out of her back end like she trying to have another one..... It's pouring the rain here about 60 degrees... We are not sure if we should try helping her out and pulling out the (what we assume) the fawn or leave her be.. she's laying calm and not pushing.... this is only our second year... so not sure what to do.. also should we pull the fawns she already had due to all the rain???

well it's def. a fawn she is trying to have... she has push more out but the last few times she's push it has come out a little and then went back in.....could really use more input, i don't want to lose mama or baby

:eek:Hate you lost one, but glad the doe is ok! Sometimes they can be just worn out having them bigger fawns . Jason DCW

I almost forgot, but thanks Bruce! No body else was up that time of day. And that's not the first time someone has been in a crisis!

Hated calling him that early in the morning, but it was great he was here to help :D Next time i won't wait so long on pulling the fawns...
