Straight Shooter Game Fence, he is in NW AL but travels all over to get the job done. 
 
Another guy that is very good is Mark Beem, Beem Fence Co,  He lives in Michigan but is down your way at times.  Depending on size and amount of fence to put up.       
 
One of the best prices I've heard of was Harris Fencing Co from Arkansas.  He's very busy and you have to plan months ahead to get him.

I talked to Jeremy at NADEFA about how he braced his fencing etc and looked at pictures of some of his work.  We did not discuss pricing but the work he showed me looked really well constructed.
