Newbie here with injured fawn

Hi all thank you for adding me. I just added an injured fawn too my list of daily responsibilities, she was found on side of the road orphaned and hit by a vehicle. After jabbing her for only about an hour she appears to have a
right broken hip. Can anyone tell me if she starts to eat and is confined will she heal (nothing looks/ feels out of place) or should I take her somewhere where they may possibly put her down
