Any jurisdiction that closes its borders to imports should not be allowed to export, trade must be reciprical to be free and fair
I don't think it is important i just think if you are going to close your borders you should have to keep your deer there. I agree with Curtis just not fair any other way.What would happen if every state closed its border the whole industry would suffer so why should states with closed borders be allowed to sell deer to other states or transport their deer through states that that work hard to keep their borders open. Just not right.
OPEN Borders....... I would like to see the NADeFA memebers post on here and see what there going to say is the Right thing to do. They or the ones that have get the deer industry where it is today. Lets say the board members of NADeFA and that should be what we all wont to do. And if that is not what we all wont to do then we may be going against what the industry stands for. Free USA or is it

The border issue is not important to me but I am not trying to raise high end deer either. So I don't believe people would pay a big price to ship a good deer very far. I do believe it is fair not to ship out if you can't ship in.
Hopefully my position is well documented. As I always use my own name and don't try to mislead anyone, everyone knows how I feel. For those that don't know my position, here is a snippet. I am an United States Of America Citizen. As a citizen, I should be able to do business in my own country. I feel every state should have the same import export rules. I think deer farming should be allowed in every state including the socialist state of Caleefournya, as their DEFINITELY NOT A REPUBLICAN, GOVENOR calls it.
I would like to see a poll on a state to state basic to see what States may won't their boaders opened. I think if we get a State to State pole and the people in their State are the only ones that can vote in that pole then we can see what States can be opened up. That would let you know if there is one or two people trying to keep the boarders closed or if the majority of the breeders in the State want them opened.
