On behalf of the Pennsylvania Deer Farmers Association, I would like to extend an invitation for you to join us at the Pennsylvania Deer Farmer’s Association’s 9th Annual Spring Meeting and Benefit Auction on Saturday April 10th, 2010. The auction will be held at the Lancaster Host, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This event is FREE, so bring the family! The meeting is full of excitement with many guest speakers, exhibits and even a free meal. The Spring Benefit Auction is the Association’s main fund raiser for the year. The monies raised keep our dues low and fund our lobbying efforts at the state capital along with our member services.
Simply email me at [email protected] and I will send you a donation form to fill out before March 12th 2010 to have your information in the catalog.
Make sure if you are donating an animal, breedings, or semen to complete the pedigree part on the form. Also please include an updated picture of the animal when returning this form for the catalog. If you miss the deadline, that’s ok, we will still accept donations up until the sale starts on the 10th of April, but they may not make the catalog.
Booth spaces are available to anyone who donates an item to the Association for the Spring Benefit Auction. The booth space includes pipe, drapes, and electricity. Please make sure you let us know if you are interested in a booth because booth spaces are limited and are first come first serve.
