parasite?

When I was feeding fawns yesterday 6/12 I found a worm thing in the grass. It looks like some kind of parasite and I'm not sure if it came from a fawn.

Does anyone have an idea?

Sure does look like some kind of worm or something. Are all your fawns doing well?

All but one. I am bottle feeding a total of 5 fawns, one of them was pulled from the mom on Sunday at 3 days old. He started with severe diarrhea on Wednesday but is still eating well. I do have a doe fawn that her mother did not care for at birth. At 3 weeks old she is still very tiny but is eating well and has good stool. Is it possible that the mom of the doe fawn had worms and passed it on to the baby?
