I have seen posts on this forum re" Meso" fallow.I was wondering if any one has pure Persians? The CITIES listing could maybe discourage people from breeding them.The common colour is the only colour phase,they have not been domesticated like the European fallow.The antlers are an acquired taste for those familiar with European fallow.The Persians are about 40% heavier than the Europeans ,I have had bucks go over 140kg.They are wilder & more aggressive than the Europeans.Here is some photos of some young ones in my house paddock.I have the bachelors running in some rugged country at the moment, not looking forward to the catch up. 6850:IMG_3428.
