I hear that the Dan Inject shoots more flat That being said you dont have to worry about the distance as much so it should be easier! I have 2 X-caliber guns and I'm thinking about buying a Dan! JIM

Jim, if the Daninject shoots flatter I would think that is just based on velocity. I can pump up the pressure on my X Cal also. However I like to make the hits at what I perceive to be just the right amount of impact. Enough to get the dart to go off, however not so hard as to cause undue injury to tissue.
I certainly would not want to use the Daninject darts. Way too costly. Although each hit should result in the dose being injected as planned. (Dart design is different and lesss prone to a problem)
The Pneu darts don't always work. The other day out of 7 1cc darts 2 of them never went off. The clear body dart made that easy to see.

Yes that's another nice thing about them...even though I wouldn't be doing that since that's why I want to switch...

Anyone out there want to buy an X-Cal, hard case, darts...??

Yes they can switch barrels on them. A nice advantage. I don't recall how the darts are put in for shooting. Is it a threaded end that needs to be screwed on and off? That would seem a slower reload to me. Not arguing with anyone. Just a simple exchange of thoughts. God knows I don't owe Pneu dart anything so I won't fight in their corner other than to say what my thoughts are on stuff.

I have both. The dan inject you have to screw a threaded end in(only takes seconds). I use the dan inject almost all the time. It weighs less that half of the x-caliber. I shoot Pneu dart darts out of it.

I am considering purchasing the X-Caliber long range gun (I have two cartridge Pneu Dart guns) What are you asking? My son will be in La Crescent, MN this weekend.
