I'm bringing this problem to you guys because our vet won't call us back!
At the beginning of the month we noticed that our bucks were looking thin, not growing their antlers real fast, and had started to get diarrhea. We gave them Safeguard on Aug.1 and started the five day corrid treatment on the 2nd. That didn't seem to help at all and we tranquilized all of the bucks on the 8th and gave them Nuflor, Ivomec, vitamin B, and Bova-sera. Their diarrhea got worse but I figured if the meds are cleaning them out then they'll have the craps for a day or two.
I'm concerned because they still have diarrhea bad and I saw bright red blood mixed through a puddle of poop. One of our yearling has always been very small (runt of twins) and he looks like a skeleton and is very weak, I'm praying that he makes it!
Any idea of what we can do? If anything?
