I have a fawn that was weak when i pulled it and got it started on the bottle doing great! Although, it is not a "thick" as my other fawns. I was wondering what i can do to add some weight on it? Thanks for everyones help! -Drew

Drew, I wouldn't be concerned this soon about putting weight on this fawn this soon. As long as it is eating, that is the important thing. BUT, you can add a little bit of rice bran in the bottle. Just make sure it doesn't clog the nipple. Rice bran is always good about putting weight on deer. We feed it to fawns in the fall along with calf manna.

Hey Drew - thanks for asking. Got the first one in from a client today, and had our first set of twins born during the rain storm over night. Figures! They are both doing fine, and will stay on momma. Very exciting, she is a Bam Bam daughter, bred to Tom Malouf's Big Stuff and gave us 2 healthy boys!

Hope yours are all doing well!
