question about food impactment?

I was wondering If anyone out there has any pictures of food impactment? my problem is 2 weeks ago my deer got spooked by dogs and they crashed the fence, my doe was swollen on her right side at the top of her neck. I just thought it was from her crash but now the swelling has gone down and she has a big lump kinda below her right ear on her neck and it looks like peanuts under her skin. I do not feed them peanuts so I was wondering she got a sore inside her mouth from the crash causing food impactment or if she maybe tore something in her neck and its all bunched up. I'll try to get some pics of it. THANK YOU in advance

ya Its not around the mouth at all, it starts about 2-3in below her jaw and she is eating like normal.
