Ranch for sale in Missouri?

There is one just down the road from my house near Henryetta Oklahoma. It has 160 acres fenced square with 8 foot fence, then there is 40 fenced 10foot for whitetail hunts, then he has several acres fenced for wild hogs, total of about 330 acres. There is a lake, 2 cabins, lodge and alot more stuff. I think he wants $975,000 for it, which I think is too much, but he did start at 1.5 million.
