Ed, Red cap milk is just whole milk from the cow.

Ed, some are mixing it with some type of replacer and some are just feeding it alone.

I'm using red cap and nothing else my deer are looking best ever and i have used many other replacers in past including Kid milk, lamb milk, fox valley, and calf milk replacers. I've had good results with all but with replacers can't feed all they want with red cap you can and i feel you must feed all they want with red cap milk or they won't get proper nutrision. So far my fawns look healthier on red cap than on any of the others. It is much easier and much cleaner one thing thowe they pee alot more but they go to bed with a full belly.
