Robbie,

Just wanted to say thank you to you and your crew for the time spent with me this week, you guys are obviously are a step above when it comes to raising and knowing the needs of your individual fawns

I learned some things from you and hope someday I can return the favor

Rick

Although I've never met Robbie or her crew face to face, Robbie was extremely helpful and generous to spend an afternoon talking to me on the phone and answering every question I had and providing us with a wealth of very specific information. Robbie, you seriously were a great blessing to us!

There were others, as well, that were extremely helpful and willing to answer our questions . . . the Walks, Jeff Stine, Virgil Lipinski, Scott Follett, Robert Bittinger, Rick Browning (feeding schedule) . . . (the names were in the order of when I communicated with you, not of importance).

We have been so blessed by the helpfulness and sense of brotherhood (and sisterhood) that we have seen since we first contemplated beign a part of the deer farming world. Thank you all for your help! We look forward to many more interactions with you and getting to know even more of you! God Bless!

I will tell ya,most everyone on this site owes this lady!!Big time!!I for one have been in a pickle 3 times this year with fawns and i send her a pm and boom there is my fix!!She has much love for these animals to know as much as she does and by no means is she not going to help one of us when in need!!!I cant wait till the day i meet this lady and thank her in person!!!Now that i think about it,it seems like billie jo has soom pretty good advice when asked!!I dont know guys mabey its a women thing and they are one step ahead of the pack!!

Rick - It was great to have you visit! It was great to have time to just hang out with the deer and talk about everything from babies, to bottles, to butts, and all things inbetween! I hope you get to come back again, and we can drive over to the bachelor pens, and look at the boys and what they are putting on.

I hope that any of you that make it down Texas way will try and drop in. We would love to have you.

And thank all of you for the kind words and thoughts - just know that I am only trying to pay back all of the help and advice that I was given when I was just learning about WTD and fawns, and I am happy to give anyone my opinion.

Good luck to everyone for the rest of the fawn season, and all year!

Thanks Rick for starting this post!! It is long over due. I too am very grateful for Robbie and her wealth of knowledge. All joking aside she deserves recognition for her unselfish desire to help those in need. I have called her aon many occassions (wish i didn't have too) this year regarding issues with my bottle raised fawns and she always answers her phone with a awesome attitude and willingness to help in any way that she can.......she could easily ignore the calls as she has plenty on her plate raising fawns for others but she always makes herself available and it is So grately appreciated!! My fawns are not out of the woods yet but without Robbies help would be in much worse condition had i not had her advice!! Robbie Thank You!! Thank You!! Thank You!! Please don't ever change.......you have a great personality and a willingness to help other in need........this world woould be a much better place if more people had your attitude and personality!! Keep up the great work......there are a lot of cute little fawns still here on this Earth because you care!! Sorry about that probiotic order.....i owe you one!!!

Hey Robbie...........How do you get into the fawn barn now that your head is so big!!! Ha-ha, all of the acolades above are deserved.

Ha Ha!!! Scott - there is something very humbling about wiping butts, so my head shrinks right back every 4 hours!

Thanks, everyone, for the appreciation. I know how badly I needed help starting out, and still do sometimes, and it is comforting to know that you can get someone on the phone when you are beating your head against the wall. I hope you all get your fawns healthy, and keep them that way.

I would like to thank Robbie as well! Most of you are probably wondering who I am, with that i would like to introduce myself. My name is Ryan Rodenkirch, and I'm currently a junior at UWSP majoring in Wildlife and Biology. Last summer I was an intern for Robbie and it was an incredible experience. Without a question I learned more from Robbie, Brad, and Maggie in the three months than i have yet or ever will in any college course, seriously! Hope everythings been going well for you guys! Hope to talk to you soon, Ryan
