mid march I want to run my herd through the drop chute for worming shots and sorting is there any risk to the unborn fawns at this time?
When are you expecting them to fawn? When I worked on my in-laws farm we ran them through in March with no ill effect on the does/fawns. I think that April is really pushing it, and could potentially cause problems.

You should have no negative issues to the bred does running them in March if they are due the end of May. Unless your system and style is prone to higher stress.
