I was just given the task of writing a yearly working schedule for my deer herd. My boss wants it to include everything were do to the deer in a year. sorting, vaccinating, weaning, etc. I am at a blank mentally. Any Help?

I would still be interested in obtaing your plans since it is based on scientific findings not pure trial and error. I think a good approach would be to have someone who has been in the business review it and suggest any changes they feel might benefit the overall plan. I would be happy to assit in this effort as I know someone who has a great deal of experience but does not have the scientific background. Thanks
