I have used several shade clothes most last 1 year at best.
Get some woven driveway fabric ,comes in black 12 foot rolls. cut it in half.and get a grommet tool they also have plastic clips that will hook it to your wire fence. I had some up over ten years and still good. check with your local highway department or online to find it.
