Sorry for interrupting ur post but it's not letting me post something and I had a 7 month old doe and it died Saturday morning but friday morning when I went to feed it it was eating great and running around but I went back out there that afternoon and it was being very slow didn't wanna play didn't wanna eat so we tried to give her a shot and she had a heart attake we brought her in the house got her back going and she couldn't walk had no balance was always stumbling she got better though out the night though but the next day the vet tried to give her a LA 200 shot and she had a heart attake and died for we would ever give her a shot she was hoping around like a fish outta water does any one have a idea what caused her to act like that do u think she had a disease of something

Skyler my first thought here looking at her young age ? Without opening her up and looking at her intestines you won`t know but my guess would be clostrial perfringens !!! The best way to tell for sure is have a necrop done on her to give you future reference !! Just my thoughts !!!
yes! but can hit hit with in a hour -3 hours?? cause i went out there about 2 she was fine went back 4-5 and she couldnt do anything
(if) it is cd&t and not stain a you can hit the fawn with pennicillin and cd&t antitoxin !! If given in time you may just save the animal !!! Have a necrop done to make sure what your fawn died from !!! Research older posts on clostrial perfringens and see what we have found to work on these issues we all have seen !!! Hope this helps you out a bit !!!
