She could have pneumonia. In the past we have had some foaming from the mouth and eventually turn into nasal drainage or bubbles coming out of their nose. At that point it is really bad. I think I would treat her with Draxxin just in case.

In the last 2 years I have seen 3 or 4 healthy does die within 36 hours of giving birth. They also foamed some at the mouth prior to death. Spoke to my vet and he mentioned that they got some kind of poisening/toxicity during or from the delivery. I forget what he called it. I would give Draxin every 3 days for a total of 3 dosages and start now!! Good luck!
