I would check out the feed make sure its not moldy. Make sure it has all the propper nutriants and minerals. Keep thier feed box full at all times and worm them with a different wormer than you did the last time. To me it looks like worms and sometimes they can and will build up resistance to one kind of wormer that is why yuo may need to switch it up.

As a precaution I would put probiotics in the feed for a week or so. If the other deer get it, it will do them good as well.

Thanks

Feed is good and is a deer mix from this area. What Wormer do you guys use???

Valbazen in the summer or fall...Safeguard in spring(pellets or water)...Ivomec plus anytime you have a deer down.(unless you run herd through a chute for other meds or reason)then everybody gets a shot on their way out!!! Works for us!!!

Some deer will pick out the wormer pellets so I ise safeguard in a flake form and mix in with a little feed and molasses. I also use ivomec plus once a year or whenever put down. do them all once wait couple weeks and do them again this will kill any straglers. Then as scott said give some probiotics to restore any good bacteria the wormer may have killed.

I have read that many parasites are becoming immune to Ivermectin... Some DVMs recommend Cydectin pour-on and Dectomax (spelling?) instead. Search these boards for additional DVM recommendations.
