Today is a very sad day for me, I feel disappointed, emotional, upset, in disbelief and torn. I Love the deer business more then anything, I got into this side of the business because of my love for the animal, fascination on antlers, cuteness on the fawns and just watching how they react to a great many things. Well today is a day I never thought would come but feared it was not far away. Streamline Products, Inc is closing its doors and I say that while tears run down my face. I have made so many great friends in this business all across this great country and some in other countries. I wanted to leave this business to my Grandsons when I could no longer do it so I feel ashamed I could not keep up my end. Many factors contributed to this from the attack on our industry for CWD, a disease that was not started by any deer farmer but because of our raising cervids, we became the target. From friends selling deer and some getting out of the business resulting in lost customers. From manufacturers trying to sell to the end user and also having dealers, just does not work. I am going to try and sell a few items like Binoculars, shade cloth, clip-its and maybe a few others but I just don't have the financial capabilities to handle the large companies like Pneu-Dart, Stay-Tuff and a few others, the money needed to stock these is just to great for me to handle. I Love you all and I hope to see you all again at select sales I might be able to attend but it will be extremely limited. I am not sure where the Father will take me, I just go where he leads me. We have inventory we need to move so please be patient and I will have it all listed on here soon and when it is gone it is gone. I still have my deer and will still be involved just not in the capacity I want to be. Be kind to each other, help each other because we need each other. Ranches and farms alike, we are in this together and cannot survive without each other. Remember to take care of the small business man because once he is gone the baskets gets just a little smaller and they need your support more then the manufacturer does who still makes money from their dealers. I plan to still take photos so PLEASE keep that in mind this fall. God Bless each one of my deer friends and send me some photos from time to time, I love to see your deer and to hear from you all. Again, I will list our inventory soon, I have already listed the available darts on here so if you can use them please get them. Thanks for your years of friendship and kindness, I will certainly miss each of you.
