I'm pretty sure that's just what they do mine also do it ,I try to make them stop but they are persistent .

We feed till they are full and don't have much problem with it. If they do it persistently we separate them.

I needed to add a shot of hot sauce to the vinegar before they would stop. You wanr to get them to stop or get them apart! The boys anyways. You will see nothing worse than your best buck fawn bloating and dying because he cant pee and he is filling up from the inside. They will break things sucking on each other!
