Looks like Santa has been detained in Texas for illegally bringing deer into the state. Even when he presented proper transit permits, looks like he'll be charged on the Lacey Act. Now with the new Federal Rule in place, he can fly through Texas but is not permitted to stop. Elves may get off with fines but looks like Federal jail time is in store for the big guy.

Lol. I actually saw on the news in Missouri that the US allowed him to enter without testing or paperwork on his reindeer. I found it humorous. Merry Christmas to all.
