Folks, I have just heard that Nate, the Fawn Manager at Apple Creek Whitetails, has lost a very dear friend in a tragic accident. I know that this is hitting the entire Apple Creek family hard, they are all so close to each other, and of course being in the middle of fawn season just compounds the chaos and difficulty.

Nate, I hope you know that we at Fawn Country are thinking of you, and praying for you and your friends family.

Apple Creek team/family - if there is anything that we can do via long distance to help you while Nate is away, please do not hesitate to call.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Nate. We can truely understand loseing a friend unexpectedly. May God bless you and the family of your friend.

Just getting over the loss of my brother, and the prayers sent from Apple Creek, I must turn around and give them right back. We at Blackland Whitetails are praying for you guys. The Reeds

Robbie and all thank you for your prayers. Matt was like a brother to Nate. Jess is in critical condition please keep her in your prayers too. Only God nows the time and place we trust in his love for us. Robbie we can now see how God put your friend Ryan in our team only for short time but very important time.

Matt Jess family and friends your brothers in Christ lift up our hearts and prayers for you.

Scott, Family and Team

Sorry for your loss guy's!!You know all of us on this site give you all our heart's!! You guy's are a strong bunch there or you wouldn't be where you are today!!We wish you the all the strength you need!!!

Nate were all here for ya buddy! Were all thinking about you guys a ton. Hope too see you soon. Ryan Rodenkirch-Apple Creek Whitetails

Scott - I don't even know where to begin - that hits really close to home and I know how much each member of your team and all of their extended family and friends mean to you all - you are truly one big family.

Ryan, you are so important to this team right now, as they mourn, to step up in Nate's absence and "hold down the fort" with the fawns as Nate and the rest of the team deal with this tradegy and find their way back to focusing on the daily grind.

Please, if there is anything that we can do from down here in Texas, do not hesitate to call. We are available 24/7 - 713-545-0955.

My thoughts and prayers have been with you Nate. It's difficult to add anything when we have Robbie as our spokesperson.

Hang in there Nate ,and Apple Creek. You have our prayers and support. Allen

Thank you all, for your thoughts and prayers we needed them this past week and weekend. Matt loved farm and helping out, he helped me many times bottle feeding and once in a while even helped run deer. He was actually on his way back from Green Bay to come hang out and help with the nine O'clock feeding when he got in the crash. He was closer to me than family and the only person that knew me better than my family. Even though it was such a great loss to me and many others we all know he went to a better place.

Two nights ago Matt's mom and little sister came in to feed/play with the fawns that matt never got a chance to. Watching his little sister smile and mom be distracted for at least a hour or so made me realize just what a wonderful thing we have here.

Robbie, YOU ARE THE BEST.

Not only do you care enough about someone that you only met a month ago to pray for them and ask others to pray for them but, you trained one heck of a intern. Having Ryan here was a lifesaver, when I got back he and Dawn had the bottle feeding program running as if I had never left. Everyone around here work long hours to make sure that when I came back, I didn't come back to a mess.

But to make a long story short its going to take a long time to get use to, and don't stop those prayers I could sure still use some help, as well his family and other friends.

thank you all so much

Nate Natzke

Our family will be praying for you and also for his family! We're sorry to hear about your loss. Trust God during these circumstances . . . He's still in control! He Loves you more than you can know!
