We have a female deer that we have raised from last year. She is not a year

old yet. She has been turned out since last October. But she continues to come back to our house for some food, corn, grapes, etc.

Since she has been out in the woods, she is getting ticks on her.

Is there something we can use on her safely or should we just let them stay.

We get several off her daily.

Thanks,

I am going to get some Ivomec tomorrow. Thanks.

And I had actually thought about a flea/tick collar. But would hate for her to get hung in a fence with it around her neck.

Dixie i put mine in a 12cc syringe and start at the back of the head and work down behind the shoulders. If you get down to far they just lick it. Im not sure on the powder crocket speaks of but if that would work that also might do the trick on the back half of her body and work it down through her coat!!! Good Luck!!!
