Show-Me Whitetails
Talk about whatever-how about how lucky we are to live in a the greatest country on earth and complain about not making any money on what we love doing---it could be worse, alot worse. :)

Yep I am in a tree deer hunting as I type. My wife let me get a day or two of hunting in between her chemo treatments. I am so thankful. Trust me it could me alot worse. May god bless us all

i know we all do things for different reasons. i farm for a living, but like my dad before me said,"i'd probably farm even if i wasn't making money".it's what i do,mostly what i am.don't read this the wrong way, my wife of 35 years ,and kids, grandkids come first!

and some of you will say that's what wrong with the deer market now. my deer are a hobby, if they were a bussiness i couldn't afford them.but i enjoy them, they are kind of a stress relief for me.

i do know that life is what we make it. as such i thank the lord every day for all i have, and it is things like my hobby deer herd, (6 does), that remind me how truely lucky i am to believe in the living lord.

i would like to add that i have meet some truly wonderful people thru this endeavour. so lets not be all gloom and doom on these forums.

God Bless us all
