First I would like to thank everyone who replied. I did get some negetive replies at first, but I think I was responsible for that because of the way I worded my post. It sounded a little like I didnt care too much about my buck. Nothing could be further from the truth. I cared very much for this animal. He was my sons first pet deer he was a bottled fed very tame deer.EKLJR YOUR APOLOGIE is accepted, although not neccessary thank you.
I lost my buck yesterday I was trying to do some exploritory surgery on him, but he was just too weak. I was thinking now that I waited too long. But after I did some my cutting on him what I found that it was a tumor. Im not sure there would have been anything way to save him.
Knowing what I do now that it was a tumor and not an infection, I was wondering if there would have been anything I could have done. If anyone else has had a deer with a tumor and saved them I would like to know what they did. Also anyone know what causes a tumor to start. Maybe I can prevent this from happening again.
Again I wish to thank everyone. This has been very helpfull.
