I have a doe that had twins doe fawns yesterday morning between 9:00am and 11:00am by noon she was up running around like normal eating, feeding both fawns, both fawns are very healthy everything seems normal but the mother is still really big and her belly is still moving around you can see it and fill it move. It's been around 33 - 35 hours and still no more fawns. Her belly is still moving around a lot.

Has anyone ever had this happen and is there anything I should do.

Thanks

Did she clean out well after the second fawn!

Not sure, when I got home she had one fawn with her the other was about one hundred yards away from her both was cleaned up. She was clean, nothing hanging out.

Last time I checked on her tonight about 11:00pm her belly was moving around like crazy looked like one was running a race in there.

Well she may have another. Maybe someone can chime in on the length of time on their last fawns! We have had a few at a couple hours but thats about it!

Okay she had another set of twins last night both bucks. So total of 4 fawns twin does on the 21st and twin bucks last night about 40 hours later VERY STRANGE never heard of anything like this before. All 4 fawns are very healthy the last two are a little smaller but doing good. I did pull the last two to bottle feed. The mother is doing good just looks stressed out.
