 To me that sounds like the first fight for the ACA if they  are looking for articles written with lies to gain a personal agena. I can also see that we as a industry are screwed if we don't have a united front to adress this. Just my thoughts on this.

Read this and the last paragraph of both write ups. Its not cwd and has never been. Its high fence and the loss of a so called hunting heritage.  Some of these tree huggers just refuse to see the changes our world is going through as a whole!

Yes, Matt, just thought you might like to know how our industry is being exploited. It's not about CWD, they just don't want us raising them behind fence.
 
15 year old Tony Lovestean must feel like a real jerk for shooting the world record non-typical buck. Can you even believe someone would want to shoot a Frankendeer looking buck??? I will Guarantee you, if that buck lived in my county, about 10  pick up trucks would have been wrecked trying to run that 300 inch buck down. I'm pretty sure no 'Boone & Crocket" member deer hunter in the country would pass this buck because he's not the perfect 5x5 typical. Winifred Kessler is a joke, trying to make the rest of us like what she likes because her liberal *** is right and ours is wrong, Thanks Winifred for thinking for me, I can't seem to do that for myself.

If in the "perfect world" no one likes non-typicals then why in the heck does Boone & Crocket and Pope & Young even have this category?? I guess we should be culling them and throwing in a hole because they aren't what Ms. Kessler likes. This world is over flowing with stupid people these days and why does it seem that quite a few work for either the Federal Gov't or another do gooder, feel good association?? Could it be they tried making a living in the real world and couldn't pull it off??? Now they are trying to there best to save us all from ourselves.
 
It really comes down to us charging $$ for deer and they some how think they own. They think they belong to the people of the state. Ours included. Your Wildlife Federation is a prime example, wanting everyone else to pay for habitat so they can show up opening day and shoot it. They have always HATED any type of commercial hunting. If you opened your preserves to them for free, they'd run each other over going thru the gate.
 
Your not kidding Barry! Yep I kinda went off, I do that sometimes! And to think we are thinking about letting these same people write the standards we supposedly want! GEEEEZ, I'm scratching my head right now!
