The link wouldn't open for me so I didn't read it. However if this is about CWD being moved around by birds then that theory is nothing new. That was discussed over a decade ago. The "professionals" didn't want to give the theory any credit though. Giving it credit would mean admitting a possibility other than those pesky deer farmers is the mode of transfer among regions.
