What is the best product to use in alley/pressure areas?

New comer here and had a question on recommendations on what to use for longevity and cost. Need to be good for cold weather. All help is appreciated

Black plastic is best so they slide off it. You honestly only need the 4'. It shrinks and expands a lot with weather so it will look ugly in the summer and if you put to tight it will pull its self apart in the winter if you aren't careful.
