What time of day did you fawn ?

Was just wondering what time did your does fawn ? Mornings,Evenings, Mid Day or at Night. Was just wondering ? Just one of those things you wonder while waiting on you does to pop!

All so far have been born at night, still have 2 more left to fawn.

wayne,same here 2 so far and both at night!!!!What makes you sit there and think of these kind of things??You should be sittin there thinkin of what deer you are going to be sendin to the auctions this year!!!Some of us are waiting for some good ones you know!!

I know its fawnin time but them sales are just around the corner!!You can pm me any real good ones you are sending and i can start savin my nickles and dimes now!!!

Mine are born at every time of the day Morning,Noon, and Night...

I know that doesn't help ya much, but most fawn more during the day then at night!

Wayne, so far mine have been 11am-3pm each time this year. In years past it seemed to be late afternoon.

Both of our does so far went around 3:00 & 4:30 in the afternoon.

Most of my fawns are born in the afternoon around 3pm. We have had a few in the morning but only one born after dark. I always figured since most predators roam at night the mama natural instincts would be to shoot for the daytime. Interesting though. Rick

Noon till about 5 pm seems to be the time ours have them.

Mine have had theirs early morning here. All have been withing 1-4am.

Had 4 1/2 inches rain last night and 5 healthy fawns

We have had 5 does fawn so far this year. All fawns have been born between 9am and 3 pm. In years past it was always during the night and we found the fawns the next morning, but this year they have all been born during the day. I don't know why. Perhaps the moon phases are different this year.
