What to plant in the pens???

I want to replant my pens this spring and I am wondering what is best to plant? I know a lot of guys use clover chickor and alfalfa, but I would like everyone's thououghts on this. I also was wondering if anyone knows where the best place t buy it is??? Everyone's input is appreciated. Thanks
 
Drew I use whitetail imperial clover, alpha rack, and no plow, they work good for me!!

You can order whitetail institute right off the computer, also wheat and oat seed is good which you can get at a feed mill or farmer.

red fescue is the onely thing that will take the beating , its tuff stuff, if i were you i would try a mix of diff. Seeds , so if one fails or is eat down to dirt you have anouther one ready , do your home work and make your own mix, remember your trying to keep the pens green, not brown ( mud ) thats your goal and your onely goal,
