I've been playing around with HD Video on U-tube and it works great! I've uploaded some videos and then embedded the code into a new web page to try and get a web page up just for our videos. :D



Just to start I did Timberjack and 10 of his yearlings from our yearling pen. Here is the link to the page. When you play the videos, they play in normal mode but you can click on the HD button in the lower right to get HD video. You will need a fast internet connection to play them in HD.



Thanks for looking and let me know what you think. I'll be adding a bunch more bucks in the next couple weeks and will post here when I add them.

Sam, You might want to get some bungy straps attached to Timberjacks G-2's and around his tail to help hold his head up.:D

I really like your triplets. Those deer are really nice and have great frames!!



I added a third video of BamBam from straight on. You can tell he is having trouble with the weight....:(
 
Yep, when they get that big it's hard on them. Nathan's Grand Canyon was the same way, they had to cut 25" of the one side due to damage and threw the whole thing off balance. Only a little while longer until they start shedding the velvet and building up their neck muscles. Hopefully shedding helps with the weight.



Thanks for the compliment on the triplet two year olds, we're real proud of them as they are the first bucks born on our place. I can't wait to see what they do next year, should be interesting. When we talked at the Missouri conference I think I mentioned to you if you wanted to come see them in person just give me a call. I just want to make sure I threw that invitation out to you and Bill. I'm laid off right now, so, weekday or weekend, doesn't matter. I still think even video doesn't do any buck justice, it's just hard to tell how big they are until you get close to them and see them with your own eyes.



We are trying to finalize our trip around all the farms and hopefully it will be next week or the week after. We'll definitely be giving you guys a call to set something up. Like I said, I can't wait to see all the giant deer you guys have over there. We'll even try to drag Steve along with us.
 
Hey, I almost forgot, if you don't have Paul's number or mine, you can get them off the website.
 
OH MY!!! He looks A LOT bigger in the video than he did in the pictures:eek:! It REALLY SUCKS not having any cash:mad:!! I really wanted that straw at the Missouri Conference, just didn't have the $$:(. Oh well, at least I got that piece of pie.:D
